I'm FREEZING!!!!! Where's the sun????
Full length down coat, check.......heaviest sweaters I own, check....lots of turtlenecks to wear under the sweaters, check..... gloves, check....scarves, check.....boots, check....yep, packing for Chicago.
So.....the election is over....finally...and we are now going to be getting "change" from the party that is responsible for the mess we've been in? Good luck with that one.
I haven't fallen off the planet. Just been busy with travel and out of town company. I hope to get everyone caught up, soon.
Had a wonderful time in Red River. Beautiful country up there. Now I'm getting the house straightened up for out of town company who are arriving on Sunday, just in time for Balloon Fiesta.
Happy Mother's Day. May it be a beautiful day for all the wonderful Moms out there.

I am so happy that Multiply finally removed that cold, winter snow picture and replaced it with a summer scene on a beach, on the sign in page. So much more pleasant. to look at
Was it really necessary for the Census Bureau to send out letters to tell us that the Census forms will arrive next week? How about simply sending out the form? I wonder how many millions of dollars was spent to send out those letters. Our tax dollars at work.
Thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Chili, who endured an 8.8 earthquake, last night.

Glad to hear the treatments went well and that you are feeling good. You are right, there are no guarantees in life. I think l might have made the same decision. Wishing you the best outcome.
Do you have anymore trips planned?
All is good here. We get to babysit my great-grandson two days a week and today is one of them. He is now a year old and just so much fun. Always good to have a little one around to keep you laughing.
